Planetary ball mill is used in colleges and universities, scientific research units and enterprise laboratories to quickly grind research samples to colloidal fineness in batches, and perform mixing, homogenization and dispersion. It is widely used in scientific research and industrial departments such as geology, mining, soil, metallurgy, electronics, electricity, materials, chemical light, medicine, beauty, environmental protection, ceramics, glass, etc.
Laboratory planetary ball mill technical features:
1. Working way
Dry grinding, wet grinding and vacuum grinding are available. It integrates fine grinding, small sample products, and product trial production as a whole, and can sample four kinds at one time, which is not only an ideal tool for new material development, but also a necessary equipment for small batch grinding and production of special materials.
2. Control system
The vertical planetary ball mill adopts the current domestic advanced variable frequency speed control with program setting function, which can realize the program-controlled operation in four modes: continuous one-way, continuous reversing, timed one-way, and timed reversal.
3. Advance
The horizontal planetary ball mill is controlled by the AC motor frequency conversion program (no carbon brush wear, long service life, low-speed starting power, energy saving, and can be programmed to run). The whole machine is integrated with small size, light weight, low noise, easy operation, and does not require strict balancing to operate.
