Tips for Efficient Operation of Lab Planetary Ball Mill

1 The small model is directly connected to the power line, and the large model should be installed on a power supply with an air protection switch (the power supply is 380V three-phase four-wire), and keep the circuit dry to prevent leakage;

2 Please check the circuit wiring and keep the motor running while working;

3 When operating, fasten the frame, motor, and grinding cylinder, and make sure install properly and run without jamming;

4 The mill with balls should not exceed 50~60% of the effective volume of the grinding cylinder; when the ball density is too high, the ball filling rate should be reduced;

5 The motor should be kept dry to avoid short-circuit burning, and the motor load should not be too heavy. This machine is suitable for using corundum and zirconia grinding media. When using high-density grinding balls, the amount of balls added should be reduced accordingly;

6 Pay attention to the cleaning of the equipment. After use, the ball mill cylinder, stirring rod and all pipelines must be cleaned;

7 Regularly check the lubrication of the running parts of the equipment and keep it lubricated.
