Planetary ball mill, also known as planetary ball mill machine, is the new favorite of laboratory grinding instruments in recent years. There are 4 ball milling cylinders on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling cylinders revolve around the axis of the turntable while making planetary autorotation in the opposite direction, and the grinding ball and the material in the cylinders collide and rub against each other in high-speed motion to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing the sample.
Planetary ball mill can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding and vacuum grinding. It can integrate fine grinding, small sample production and product trial production, and can sample four kinds at the same time. It is not only an ideal tool for the development of new materials, but also a necessary equipment for small-batch grinding and production of special materials. The planetary ball mill adopts the current domestic advanced frequency conversion speed control with program setting function, which can realize the program-controlled operation of continuous one-way, continuous commutation, timing one-way, and timing commutation.
Planetary ball mill adopts AC motor frequency conversion program control, with features of no carbon brush wear, long life, low-speed starting power and energy saving. The program operation can be set, and the whole machine is integrated, with small size, light weight, low noise and simple operation. It can be operated without need of strict balance.
